Coffee that’s been ‘Fairly Traded’ and homemade pastries are served in the Living Room before and after the service. (Fairly Traded coffee is coffee made in third world countries without exploiting the workers. They were paid honest and fair wages for their labors.)
Glad you asked! Children matter a lot to us because they matter to God. Our goal is to help kids grow in their relationship with God and with each other in a fun and relevant way. Here's what you can expect:
You will be asked to sign your child(ren) in. The sign-in system assures that nobody but the parent or guardian can pick up the child following the service. All volunteers in children's ministry have passed background checks and have gone through training to assure the safety of your child.
Mothers and infants are welcome to use the "Mother's Room" at the back of the auditorium during the worship service, if needed.
Kidz Zone is a fun place for kids ages K-5th grade to play and interact together following the Sunday service. After Kid’s Church is over, children move to to Kidz Zone for fun, snacks and play. All children are protected by the Guardian System. All helpers undergo background checks. At least two adults are present with children at all times.
